01 / ORDERS

Orders are placed through checkout on this website or by WhatsApp. Placing an order sends us a request; we contact you to confirm the details.

Prices and availability are checked when the order is placed. Items marked Coming Soon or Sold Out can't be ordered.

02 / PRICES

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The order total is calculated at checkout from current prices. Delivery is PKR 200.

03 / PAYMENT

We accept Cash on Delivery and bank transfer to our UBL account shown at checkout.

For bank transfers, upload your receipt using your private order link. A bank-transfer order counts as paid only after GEN-X verifies the payment. Uploading a receipt doesn't confirm payment on its own.

04 / DELIVERY

We deliver across Pakistan.

When your order ships, the courier and tracking details we enter appear on your private order page.
